Sauder Builders, Inc. is a family business established to provide custom residential construction, including homes, additions and remodeling of existing structures.

The business was established in 1989 by Laurence Sauder and his son, Larry. This talented team worked together for six years building Park Village, a division of the Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community in Harrisonburg, VA. For nearly 14 years after the completion of that project, the father and son team worked together building custom homes. Larry served as project manager and foreman while his father worked mainly in the areas of marketing, customer relations and estimating. In 2002, Laurence retired, and the business is currently run by Larry and his partner and wife, Linda, who also serves as bookkeeper.

Sauder Builders, Inc. main objective in any project they accept is to provide an enjoyable building experience for the client while producing the highest quality home possible, designed and built to each client's individual specifications. This goal is achieved by providing a highly skilled team of employees and sub-contractors to work with the highest quality materials possible.
